PAINT DOSING AND MIXING SYSTEM

Paint Dosing and Mixer Unit can be designed according to the desired number of stations. The purpose of the system is to make use of the main colors used and manufactured in the industry, and to produce paints in different colors and tones using an automatic system. In the system, recipes are created for each color and stored in the memory for ease of use in the next productions. This system can be used very easily in water-based and solvent-based paints. System equipment is designed and used as completely ex-proof, so that risks that may threaten work and worker safety during use are eliminated. In order to prevent the paint from solidifying during stagnation in the system, paint transfer is done at regular intervals between the barrels in the Dosing and Phase unit. Each barrel has its own Mixer system, this system works at certain intervals during working and stopping times, ensuring that the paint is always in a viscosity suitable for use. Phase Construction is manufactured with the strength to carry system equipment and is covered with epoxy paint and static paint against external environments.

 

PAINT TRANSFER PIPES • It acts as a transfer between the barrel and the dosing unit. • Pipe construction is made of stainless steel. • Pipe construction has been strengthened against vibrations that may occur during system operation.

 

PHASE UNIT BARREL COVERS • Covers are specially designed for the barrels in the phase unit. • It is designed to place Pump and Mixer on the covers. • The lids can be manufactured by reinforcing the upper part with stainless in order to preserve their original shape, or they can be manufactured as completely stainless.

 

PHASE UNIT DOSING PUMP AND MIXER MIXERS • It is mounted on the barrel covers in the system • Pumps and Mixers are air driven. • The system is selected according to its needs and capacity. Long-lasting and durable materials are selected based on the chemical properties of the paint used in the system.

 

INTERCONNECTION HOSE AND COMPONENTS: The hoses used in the system are selected in accordance with the system pressure. The hoses used are chosen flexible in order to avoid breakage and buckling in the cover movements. Hose material used is selected from solvent resistant materials. Hose connection equipment is selected from suitable materials against corrosive effects in ambient conditions. In our system, stainless materials are used in all fittings and valves that the paint comes into contact with.

 

DOSING • The dye sent by prescription from the barrels at the stations is dosed in this section. • It is designed to be dosed into barrels or tanks of different sizes. • The dye coming to the dosing section is sent to the drum with Dosing Valves. • Dosing Valves with By-Pass feature and double stage

 

WEIGHING SYSTEM • Weighing system used in the Dosing Unit is designed as ex-proof. • It can be designed in variable capacities such as 100 - 300 - 600 kg according to the dosing method. • Roller conveyor is used for barrel fixation and ease of movement in the weighing area. MOVEMENT SYSTEM ( ROLLER CONVEYORS ) It is used in the transfer of the barrel, which is filled in the dosing unit, to the Mixer unit. It is manufactured as galvanized against external environment and corrosive effects. Roller assembly in our conveyors provides ease of maintenance as it is internally screwed.

 

MIXER UNIT • After dosing, the barrel, which is mixed in different colors, is sent to the Mixer section and mixed and the paint in the barrel is homogenized. • The Mixer Unit is fully air driven and is an ex-proof system. • Agitator Mixer moves up and down with a pneumatic piston, this facilitates the entry and exit of the dosed barrel into the mixer unit.

 

CONTROL SYSTEM AND AUTOMATION • The panel used in the system has exproof feature. For this, media preparation devices are used. • The equipment used in the panel and all the equipment used as air control devices are designed from CE certified materials. • The automation system is designed to store approximately 1000 prescriptions. • The fact that the control keyboard is designed on the panel in our system provides convenience for the operator during use. It can also be made compatible with office environment computers.
